Information we receive

When you buy credits, our payment reseller shares your email address and order reference with us, so we can deliver your API key and match your payment to it. This website does not receive your full card details.

When your agent uses Aftertake, we receive the videos it submits and the requests made with your API key and their times, and we create the results: the mistake list, fix notes and review pages. If you email us, we receive your address and your message.

Hosting and delivery providers may process technical information such as IP addresses, browser details and request times to deliver and secure the website and the service. Aftertake does not ask for or store the keys of your video tools.

How information is used and shared

We use this information to provide Aftertake: to find mistakes, check new versions, show your review pages, deliver your API key, keep your credit balance, answer support requests and keep the service secure. Hosting and communication providers process it for those purposes. Information may also be disclosed where legally required. We do not sell personal information.

For purchases, our payment reseller handles payment, receipt and transaction information under its own privacy practices.

Your videos

We use your videos and their results only to provide Aftertake to you, and never to recognise faces or identify the people in them. Each review link opens only for the account that made it. You can ask us to delete a video and its results at any time.

Retention and security

Information is kept only as long as needed to provide the service, for security, for necessary records or for legal obligations. Service providers may process information in different locations. We use reasonable safeguards, but no online transmission or storage method is completely secure. Please avoid submitting videos or information you don't need to.

Your choices and requests

Contact [email protected] to ask for a copy, correction or deletion of information you have provided, including your videos and their results. We may need to verify your request and may keep information where the law requires. Any additional privacy rights available to you under applicable law remain available.

We will update this notice if the service or the way we handle information changes.
